A- Creating your MyHealth Alberta Account can take several days to verify, however, Secure-Mail users can immediately log in at https://health.brightsquid.com/login without delay

Q- I have encountered an error when trying to access Secure-Mail from within my MyHealth Alberta Account.  How can I resolve this error?

A- If you encounter a red pop-up error that reads "Unable to log you in, please verify your password or contact support" please contact Brightsquid Secure-Mail support via this support portal.

Q- I used different email addresses to register with Brightsquid and MyHealth Alberta Account, how can I link my accounts?

A- Your email addresses on the two systems must be the same and will need to be aligned to be linked.
