Sending a Brightsquid Form simplifies the form filling process for your patients:
1. Log into your Secure-Mail account and click the 'Compose' button:
The 'Compose' screen will appear as pictured, note that your screen size and resolution may result in some variation on the exact screen layout:
2. Enter the email address of your patient recipient:
3. Select the template you created with the Brightsquid Forms attached:
4. Your secure message populates with the contents of the template including your forms:
Alternatively, you can select forms in a secure message without using a template.
Click on the 'Attach Form(s)' drop menu and manually select the form(s) you would like to attach. Multiple forms can be attached to your secure message:
