As the Administrator of your clinic's Brightsquid account and subscription you have advanced controls in the Training Application.
Are you the clinic Administrator?
To confirm if you do or do not have Admin access in your account, log in here and navigate to Settings > Clinic Members. Here you will be able to see who in your clinic is an Administrator.
Training Administration Features
To access the training admin tools, first navigate to the Training Application as described in this article.
From the Training Application interface, click on the "Manage Clinic" tab at the top of the screen.
From the Manage Clinic section of the training course there are two sub-tabs (User Activities and Transactions) and a button to purchase additional credits for your clinic:
User Activities
This tab displays recent activities by the members of your clinic; members who have started and/or completed courses. There is a Search box in the top right corner and a Date selector to filter and display course activities by year. For any users who have completed a course, there will be a download button displayed to the right side that allows you to retrieve that user's certificate for that course.
Transactions
Some courses in the Brightsquid Online Academy will require the application of Credits to access the course materials and complete the training process. If your clinic has a subscription to Brightsquid services, credits will be automatically granted to the clinic annually, the credit grant amount and schedule is displayed on this tab (if no grant is scheduled this line will not be displayed).
The transactions page also displays any recent credits or debits to your credit balance based on user activities in the clinic.
If your clinic has exhausted their credit balance, staff in the clinic will not be able to start a training course that requires credits. Additional credits can be purchased via the "Buy More" button on the transactions page.
The cost per credit will depend on the current subscription of the clinic making the purchase. The number of credits required for each course varies but can be seen on the credit enrollment page as below.
When purchasing credits for the clinic please be careful when calculating the appropriate number of credits to enable the courses for the staff members in the clinic who require access.
