My web-browser auto-fills incorrect login information. What should I do?

Step 1: Delete the auto-filled characters and type out the correct email address and Secure-Mail password in the respective fields. Ignore any suggestions that your web browser displays for selection.

Step 2: Click on ‘Login’ to access your Brightsquid Secure-Mail account inbox.

 

Auto fill is a setting controlled by your computer or mobile device web browser.  For more information on these services please consult with your device  manufacturer’s support resources, or FAQs for the particular web browser you are using..
