How do I access a sent message?

Step 1: Login to your Secure-Mail account https://health.brightsquid.com/login

Step 2a: If you are on a desktop/laptop/mac computer, click on ‘Sent’ in the left navigation panel to see all the messages that you have sent to your health care providers:

Step 2b: If you are on a mobile/tablet device please tap/touch the three white bars to the top left:

When the navigation panel displays tap/touch 'Sent'

Step 3: Click/Tap/Touch on the message that you want to view. You can then ‘Reply’, “Reply All’ or “Forward’ this message depending on the situation.
