After logging into the portal account you are directed to the Dashboard:
To submit a case you would click the ‘New Request’ button at the top left of the dashboard:
As the submitted cases increase on your dashboard, a graphical colour-coded scorecard display a distribution of your referrals in terms of ‘Case Workload’, ‘Unassigned Case Age’, and ‘Incomplete Assigned Cases’:
The cases are displayed after the graphical colour-coded scorecard:
Referrals cases can be filtered by ‘Open Cases’, 'Completed Cases’ and ‘All Cases’ by clicking on the filter button to the top right. By default, ‘Open Cases’ are displayed.
You can launch the Secure-Mail login by clicking on the ‘Secure-Mail’ button highlighted by the blue box at the top right of the dashboard.
