How do I create or register a Brightsquid Secure-Mail account?

To create or register a Secure-Mail patient account as a first time user, your healthcare provider (Doctor’s Office, Lab, Pharmacy etc..) will send you a message, you will get an email which will invite you to sign up and create your FREE Secure-Mail account.

 

In that email the blue button, “Click Here to Activate Your Free Account in 2 Easy Steps'  is the prompt to activate your Secure-Mail account:

You will be redirected to the Secure-Mail activation form to create your account:

Notes:

  • that if the email you received does not take you to a registration page, then you may have already registered at some time in the past, in which case you can log in.  You may want to use the “Forgot my Password” option on the login page in this case.  Click here to log in now: https://health.brightsquid.com
  • an invitation to register for Brightsquid Secure-Mail is only valid for 30 days, if you have not activated your account in that time limit please contact your Medical Provider and request a new invitation
