When activating your Secure-Mail account, a date of birth (DOB) is required for account verification:
If you entered a DOB that did not match with the date entered by your healthcare provider for the activation verification, you will see the error message as displayed in the image below:
The number of your healthcare is displayed, call their office to verify the DOB and to request a new activation:
Notes:
The Brightsquid technical support team cannot edit or change your date of birth, if you encounter the above error you must call your Healthcare Provider to resolve.
