What is my Secure-Mail password?

Your Brightsquid Secure-Mail account password must meet these 3 criteria:

• a password has a minimum of eight (8) characters
• a password must have UPPERCASE (Ex: ABCD…) and lowercase (Ex: abcd…) letters 
• a password must contain at least one digit (0-9)

You can click or tap the eye icon at the right of the password field to see the characters you typed for your password:

When activating your Secure-Mail account, you would have been asked to provide a date of birth for security verification. Once your Secure-Mail account is activated a date of birth is no longer needed for access.
