Digital secure communication with Brightsquid Secure-Mail, as a healthcare provider, ensures that confidential patient information gets transmitted securely protecting the confidentiality of your patients.
If you are new to adopting Brightsquid Secure-Mail, or have been using the service for a while, it would be beneficial to inform your patient(s) beforehand about using Brightsquid Secure-Mail to communicate confidential information to them.
The email outline example below is an introductory message letting your patient(s) know about Secure-Mail, Brightsquid and your practice ongoing efforts to maintain confidentiality:

<clinicname> and <leadcustodianname> take your privacy seriously.
Traditional email is not a safe or compliant way to transmit health care information. Therefore, in the coming weeks we will be inviting you to register a free account on the Brightsquid Secure-Mail service. Secure-Mail is an easy to use web-based application that will allow us to communicate with you similar to the way we would use email. It is just as easy to use as email and will help us all stay better connected. If you are not already registered with Brightsquid you can expect to get an emailed invitation on behalf of our clinic from Brightsquid in the near future.
