Can I send a secure message to my doctor if they do not use Secure-Mail?

As a patient user of Secure-Mail, messages can be addressed to any health care provider that has an account with the Brightsquid.

If the health care provider does not have a Secure-Mail account, as a patient you may not invite them to activate an account.
